Ten years ago, I was in a health crisis. I entered into my own health journey, which led me to lose 70 lbs. and eliminate my injury-induced arthritis and my auto-immune issues. I became passionate about sharing these incredible, holistic results with others. Along the way, I trained and took courses to earn the certifications of Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Life Coach, and Hormone Consultant. I have learned how to use food as medicine.
